Midwest Filtration has been awarded a Top Places to Work Award for the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. According to the organizers, “On average, fewer than 3% of eligible organizations earn a Top Workplaces designation…”   

The prestigious award is given to companies based on the findings of the employee satisfaction survey. The Energage survey gathers feedback on topics such as pay, benefits, direction, leadership, appreciation, and meaningfulness. According to Energage, “Top Workplaces embody the highest standards, and this award, rooted in authentic employee feedback, is a point of immense pride.”
