Custom Sewing and Heat Sealing

Custom Fabric Designs

Midwest Filtration can produce custom fabrics utilizing laminating, coating and printing. The laminating can be thermally bonded utilizing heat/pressure and sonics. Coatings include flame retardants, antistatic treatments, hydrophobic/hydrophilic treatments. Fabric can also be designed with custom print designs; wide web and continuous. All these services can be combined to make very unique fabric structures on all forms of fabric types (non woven and woven). Many polymers can be treated including Polyester, Polypropylene, Nylon, Bi-Components, Rayons, Cellulose and bends of fiber types.
